Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of WebHubPro services and the website webhubpro.in. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

WebHubPro provides website design and development, landing page design, social media marketing support, and lead generation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each project are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

A 50% advance payment is required before work commences on any project.
The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final files or live access are transferred.
Monthly retainer services are invoiced at the beginning of each billing period.
Accepted payment methods: UPI, bank transfer, or as mutually agreed in writing.

3. Project Timelines

Timelines are estimated based on the agreed project scope.
Delays caused by late content delivery, delayed feedback, or changed requirements from the client are not the responsibility of WebHubPro.
WebHubPro will communicate proactively if delays occur on our side.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal.
Additional revisions beyond the included scope will be quoted separately before work begins.
Major scope changes after project commencement may require a revised quote and timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the completed website design and custom content created for their project.
WebHubPro retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless confidentiality is requested in writing before the project begins.
Third-party assets such as fonts, stock images, and plugins remain subject to their respective licences.

6. Limitation of Liability

WebHubPro's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at webhubpro.in/terms.html.
